Hello! I’m Heather.

I grew up living and travelling all over the East Coast, but currently live in Central Pennsylvania with my husband and two children, plus our faithful Boston Terrier, Luna.

Some of my earliest memories in elementary school are of sitting in our basement watching Lizzie McGuire and crafting for hours. From creating a pet magazine for neighbors to making collages and picture frames for friends, I found a deep joy in making things. My love for textiles, photography, and art exploded when I began going to Europe in college, and I haven’t looked back. Making beautiful things and noticing beauty everywhere is ingrained in my being.

In the past several years as I’ve settled into motherhood, I’ve found myself reaching for needle and thread and paint brushes and canvas as a way to ground and express myself when so much else is often out of my control (hello, sleep deprivation!). Whether making new baby gifts for fellow mom friends or birthday gifts for family, quilting and painting have become my love language for capturing the beauty in the world and giving those I love something lovely, cozy, and totally unique.
