After my Mimi died, I inherited some small pink bowls that she loved and used frequently. One has since broken, and I cherish the 5 I have left. They're just the right size for a scoop of ice cream, fruit salad, or serving limes with a Mexican dish for dinner. I love thinking of her every time I use these bowls, and I couldn't pass up painting these gorgeous, bright limes.
I’m thankful that these Iroquois pottery bowls are forever captured in this painting!
6×6 inch acrylic painting on watercolor paper, varnished for longevity.
